Before browsing, using the Website, or purchasing our products, please carefully read and fully understand all contents of this Legal Disclaimer. Your access, use, and purchase constitute your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Disclaimer.
1. Restriction on Product Use
All products sold by us (including but not limited to compounds in the King Series, Queen Series, General Series, Soldier Utilities, and Stack Bundles) are for Research Purposes Only. They are strictly prohibited for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or any other medical-related applications, nor for use in food, feed, or any other scenarios related to human or animal consumption.
No products have been evaluated, approved, or certified by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other national or international regulatory authorities, and are not qualified to make any medical efficacy claims.
You agree to properly store, handle, and use the purchased products in strict accordance with scientific research standards and relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the use of the products complies with all applicable local, provincial, and federal legal requirements.
Pursuant to the Canadian Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations (SOR/2001-269), all product-related warning information and usage instructions are presented in English and French to ensure clarity and legibility.
2. Age and Eligibility Verification
You confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and have the legal qualification and right to purchase, possess, and use our research compounds in your jurisdiction.
If you plan to import or manufacture our products for research purposes, you must submit technical and scientific data such as substance identification, estimated dosage, and intended use to the Government of Canada in advance in accordance with the requirements of the Canadian New Substances Notification Regulations.
We reserve the right to request you to provide a valid government-issued identification document (such as a passport or driver’s license) to verify your age and eligibility. We reserve the right to refuse shipment for any orders that do not meet the age requirements or fail to provide compliant eligibility proof.
3. No Medical Claims and Warranty Disclaimer
We make no express or implied medical claims regarding any products, including but not limited to their safety, effectiveness, or suitability. All product descriptions, technical data, and other contents provided on the Website are for scientific research reference purposes only and do not constitute any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment guidance.

Technical indicators such as product purity and stability are based on our internal quality control standards and are for scientific research reference only. We are not liable for experimental deviations caused by third-party factors such as experimental operations or environmental conditions.

You confirm and agree that you have fully understood and voluntarily assumed all relevant risks in the process of purchasing, possessing, and using our products, including but not limited to the risks of personal injury, property damage, or third-party claims caused by improper storage, operational errors, or misuse of the products.
We, our officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to direct damages, indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages, punitive damages, or consequential damages) directly or indirectly arising from your use, misuse, improper storage, handling, or disposal of our products.
If a product contains hazardous components such as corrosive or flammable substances, in addition to complying with this Disclaimer, you must also comply with the relevant requirements of the Canadian Hazardous Products Act (CPSA).
We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on the Website. We are not liable for information errors, delays, or inability to access the Website caused by force majeure or factors beyond our control, such as technical failures, network problems, or third-party attacks.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, which are provided solely for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or service quality of third-party websites, and you access third-party websites at your own risk.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees), fines, penalties, and regulatory actions arising from:
- Your violation of this Legal Disclaimer or any applicable laws and regulations in the purchase, storage, handling, or use of our products;
- Your use of the products for purposes prohibited by this Disclaimer (such as human consumption or medical applications);
- Any personal injury, property damage, or third-party claims resulting from your actions.
6. Research Compliance Reminder
If your research involves specific scenarios such as human trials, water applications, use of antimicrobial agents, greenhouse or residential area applications, you must obtain research authorization from the relevant regulatory authorities on your own and ensure that your research activities comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations such as the Canadian Guide for Pesticide Research Permits (Dir 98-05).
Waste generated during the research process must be properly disposed of in accordance with environmental protection laws and regulations to avoid environmental pollution.
Product packaging and display of relevant information must comply with the requirements of SOR/2001-269: transparent packaging shall not obscure necessary information on the container, and non-transparent packaging shall be labeled with “Attention: Contains products that may be harmful. Read the warnings on each container.”
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, logos, product designs, and technical data) is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws and trademark laws, and the intellectual property rights belong to us or the respective right holders.
